Older homes, raised floors and rebuilds
Many original Green Valley homes are fibro, weatherboard or brick houses built from the 1960s, often on raised floors with a crawl space underneath. Mixed in are newer rebuilds and granny flats. Older homes with timber features and subfloors need a different approach to a modern slab home.
